On behalf of the Webmaster, I wanted to thank all of you for your emails expressing concern about the health of the Webmaster and the lack of postings on this website. The health of the Webmaster is fine. (Well, mostly, smile). He's been doing a lot of pulling what's left of his hair out. And, spending a lot of time in the Santa Cruz, Scotts Valley, Felton and Boulder Creek area this month trying to solve their network and computer problems. In fact, he's only been in Tollhouse about six days this whole month. He appreciates the interest in the website and promises he will get back to it as soon as possible. The Editor 3/28/07

WEATHER: A clear and sunny day greeted Tollhouse residents today as the clearing skies will leave us with warmer days and colder night. We've already reached the predicted high of 48 degrees as of 11:00 am this morning, so it's a safe bet to presume the final high today will reach into the 50's. The overnight low tonight is expected to be in the mid 20's, leading us to believe that we'll see a heavier layer of frost tomorrow morning, than we saw this morning. The current forecast calls for frosty mornings through Saturday, then it's predicting a big warmup on Sunday with temperatures expected to reach the mid 60's on Sunday and Monday. After that, things should cool down once again in advance of another storm system due to come through the area starting on Tuesday evening. TRAFFIC: As of 11:00 am, chain restrictions were still in place on SR 168 at Pine Ridge this morning. And in traffic news that we haven't had in a while, the cows are back, at least one anyway. At about 8:30 am, a cow was reported taking a morning stroll along Pittman Hill Road, just south of Tollhouse Road, in the Humprhey Station area.
